I.Fairy Lucius Blue Review

Hello again ^//^
Here I come with a second review, this time for the lenses from the series I.Fairy, which are called Lucius Blue
Photos of the lenses in their bottles, along with the
free lens case I received

Specifications:

Diameter : 16.2mm
Base Curve : 8.6mm
Center Thickness : 0.04mm
Water Content : 55%
Lens’ Lifetime : 1 Year Disposable

I personally ADORE I.Fairy lenses. They all have a really great opacity, and  the cutest of designs! As I pretty much am a cosplayer, those are the two qualities that I search in lenses. And now, I was seeking for the perfect Miku lenses . I gave these a shot, let’s check it out.

Lenses in their case

These are the lenses in the case, that I received for free from Iszo Circle Lens ^^. This case is just PERFECT, because the sollution won’t evaporate as quick as in regular, screw-on cases.

Aspect:

Lenses as they look on the eye

Let’s have a look at the design. The very center is transparent, and they only have an outer edge which is coloured. I picked that intentionately, as I wanted a smooth transition between my eye color and the lenses. Bad decision for cosplay xD *cough cough*
They also have a nice black rim that gives them a cute, dolly effect.

This is how they look on my eyes. As I said, the choise wasn’t the brightest. The color is indeed nicely opaque (though not as much as I would’ve liked it; if you are indoors, they will appear dark blue :c), but I would’ve loved the transparent part to be smaller, because my eye color is peeking too much. When I looked at the stock photo of the lenses, they looked brilliant. Oh well

Confort:

As for confort…well…to be honest I.Fairy has its moments. I have days when I wear them and feel like my eye is simply bare, but days when my eyes just keep tearing. Well, compared to Geo they’re much more confortable. I believe that Geo is the most painful brand >< Ugh. But I’ve worn these for 8 hours, and they’ve felt like. I had no need to take them off whatsoever ^^

Overall:

Overall, these lenses are nice for people with blue eyes who simply want to acheive a large, dolly eyes effect, but for dark eyed people there might be better choises.
The lenses have been purchased from Iszo Circle Lens ^^. As most I.Fairy lenses, they costed 22$. Here’s a link where you can get them from:

What I love about this site is that it’s a great compilation of bold circle lens *_* You can’t find the plain old Geos in there, but you can find all these brands with great effects and opacity, which I totally love <3

 Thank you for reading ♥

Barbie/ Dueba Flower Brown Review

Hello and welcome to my first review! Today I'll bring into spotlight a pair of lenses that I have from Uniqso, which is Barbie, or Dueba, (or G & G as I've lately seen around) Flower Brown

Photo of them in their little bottles, along with
the cute free lens case received from Uniqso

Specifications:

  • Base curve: 8.6mm
  • Color tones: 3 tones
  • Diameter: 16.2 mm
  • Replacement Period: 12 months
  • Water Content: 38%

Photo of them in the case

Their name was not give by random. Their design resembles a pretty little rose, spiraling around. The opaque parts alternate with the transparent ones, through which your eye color can peek. They have a black rim around them to give a beautiful feeling, but not as thick as others. And even though I prefer my lenses with a thick rim, these are perfectly fine aswell

The size is considerable, 16.2 mm, but I would like to specify that they're NOT entirely coloured. That is the size of the lens itself, but around the colored part there is still a transparent rim. So if I were just to measure the coloured part itself, i would give them 15 mm or so.

 Aspect:

Lenses as they look on the eye

These lenses have a very natural , yet high impact look. My eyes are naturally brown, so it's hard for me to tell whether they are fit to be called opaque lenses. Usually, I try blue lenses. Opaque blue lenses are one rarity. But as I look at them, I find the Flower lenses so beautiful. They are fit for daily wear because they look very natural on the eye, and the color is not to be denied. It's wonderful and vibrant.

And another thing that I love about them, is how they do have that halo effect. It's one of the most beautiful thing about lenses, because it gives that anime-like look.

Confort:

They were really confortable to wear, barely noticeable, yet they adjust a little harder than the other lenses I've had. For example, if you look upwards (as for when you put your makeup on), when you look straight again, you need to tug on them to make sure you can see. Or else your vision turns blurry.

Overall:

Overall, the lenses are majestic. I don't regret having them, and I would gladly buy more colors of them. The color, the confort and the design, totally makes them worth it!

Should you want to buy them, they're avaible here, at Uniqso, for only 16.99$! That's just mega cheap for a pair of lenses and they're actually worth so much more! But it gets even cheaper! If you enter the code catnapy10 once you purchase them, you'll have a 10% discount. Wohoo!
